By signing up and actively using the tenloonies.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. tenloonies.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with tenloonies.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the tenloonies.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing tenloonies.com account unless you have gotten the owner of Tenloonies approval.

Members may post in forums without fear of losing their account concerning either the site Tenloonies or the staff of Tenloonies. Exclusion to this is vulgarity, racist, hateful, degrading, or presenting false evidence that can be proven to be untrue by any member of the staff of Tenloonies. It is requested if you have any problems that you first email us using the contact form. Comprehension and Reading skills of the English Language are a must in order for you to stay a Member with Tenloonies. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the account being deleted.

You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account which also includes making sure that all user information is filled in. This includes all payment information!! Failure to have this completed will result in you receiving an Administrative email warning for which you must reply within 5 days. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by the staff of Tenloonies will result in member termination and possible legal action. Giving any false information when signing up at Tenloonies will result in the termination of a members account. Selling of Accounts by the members is strictly prohibited. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Tenloonies will recover any and all earnings received from multiple signups. Tenloonies reserves the right to cancel any members account, if upon checking their ISP, it comes up as an anonymous proxy, example: (ThePlanet.com Internet Services, Inc.). IP Addresses are also logged for the purpose of tracking multiple signups for the same household and country check.

You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your tenloonies.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by tenloonies.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with tenloonies.com . You agree to receive e-mail advertising from tenloonies.com . limited to no more than (10) per day.

New Members must click on at least (3) three links within the first fourteen (14) days of account creation or the account will be deleted.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, including the use of any automated system of software, or clicking Search Links if you do not live in one of these countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States, this includes the PTC section of the site will result in the loss of your account. If You are clicking Search Links and you are From a Non-Search Friendly Country your account will be deleted and you forfeit all earnings.

Any Webmaster that is a member of Tenloonies, who knowingly closes their site, allows the hosting to expire, scams their members, and/or not paying them and refuses any sort of communication to rectify the situation between themselves and their members, will automatically have their account here suspended. This suspension will last for a maximum of 25 days (no payout requests will be honoured) giving them time to get their site back online and communicate with their members. If after the 25 days none of the above has been done, the Webmasters account will be deleted and they will forfeit all earnings. (the funds from these accounts will be held until a decision is made as to what to do with it) If the site is sold while offline without notification being sent to their members, the account here will be deleted. All advertising will cease for that program upon suspension of the said account.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from tenloonies.com , your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

The webmaster of Tenloonies reserves the right to refuse to advertise sites that are clearly unsustainable as shown by their site information.

Inactivity Policy
After member has been inactive over 30 days (measured from the last click date) account will be suspended. User has 20 days to request restoration of the account. After 40 days of inactivity suspension, account will be purged from database. This means that the account will be purged from database after 50 days of inactivity.

Vacation mode is available and no account is deleted, when there is correct vacation date set. After vacation date is met, above rules apply again. Vacation Mode is allowed for no more than a period of 60 days at one time. On the 7th day following the end of the said vacation time, if the member has not logged in and clicked at least 3 links, then his/her account will be deleted and all earnings will be forfeited. Members must get prior approval from the Webmaster if he/she requires longer time for vacation. If this is done, a notation will go into the members account if they have contacted the WM for such approval and they will not be deleted. Maximum allowed vacation time per calendar year is 120 days.

Categories of Interest:
There are Category/Interest Keywords that are put in so that the Webmaster can detect if a member can read and comprehend the English Language. Any account that has 1 or more of these keywords checked off, will automatically have the said account suspended. Keyword Interests are checked at random, so please choose them carefully.

Cheat Links will be sent out on a regular basis. Click 3 links within any time period and your account will be deleted, earnings forfeited and you will not be able to signup again. Please take the time to read all emails that you receive from Tenloonies

All in-actives will be suspended after 30 days and then deleted 15 days later excluding upgraded members who will be suspended after 45 days and deleted 30 days later.

Free Upgraded Members
We will now require that you have met the terms EACH month "PRIOR" to sending in your Free Ads. If you send in your Free Ads and you have not clicked any links (email or ptc) as per our terms - Your Ads will be rejected and lost for that month. You will need to click at least 5 links.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and tenloonies.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and tenloonies.com . You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of tenloonies.com . You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:
tenloonies.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or tenloonies.com program, even if tenloonies.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, tenloonies.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails, paid to click and other forms of earning while visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by tenloonies.com . Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the tenloonies.com program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by tenloonies.com .

tenloonies.com will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate which is $5.00 tenloonies.com . Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after if that member has earned $3.00 or more from their own personal clicking. Payment will be made via Paypal only at this time. Your CLICKING ACTIVITY WILL be MONITORED before paying any member.

Redemptions And Upgraded Ads

Redemptions on this site are just for members of Sugarcents and are not to be sold anywhere else for profit and being caught doing so will result in deletion of your account and all earnings and referrals will be lost. You will also be banned from this site.

Upgraded membership ads are for upgraded members only and are not to be given away to other members, or sold for profit. Doing so will result in losing your account and earnings, referrals, upgrades, and you will be also be banned from this site

Account Selling:
At no time is any upgraded member allowed to resell their ads through any site or their account will be cancelled immediatly. We do not allow anyone to sell their membership account or give it away. Anyone caught selling their account or giving their account away, will be immediately terminated, all funds forfeited and downline forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Searching:
Any person who is caught doing searches, or selects search in their interests from a non-search country will be deleted without notice.

Turing Numbers:
First and most importantly, if you have trouble seeing the turing numbers, or if they do not load, do not just click any number. Refresh the page, and if that does not work, e-mail us. If you click 100 bad turing numbers in a month, you will be deleted.

Profiles:
As a member, you need to have everything in your profile filled out correctly. Any member who has missing information or inaccurate information will be deleted without notice. If cheat keywords are selected in your profile, you will lose your account without notice.

CHEATING:
Members who are caught cheating will have their account terminated and will not be paid their earnings.
Instances of cheating include the following:
1) Clicking on more than 3 cheat links in a any period.
2) Caught using automated software to access the site.
3) Having multiple accounts. Examples: same IP address, same Payment Account or same computer ID.
4) Clicking on too many incorrect turing numbers.
5) Being inactive for 30 days or more
6) By not clicking on ads and only just logging in.
7) Having incorrect info listed in user's account
8) Have bad interests selected in their accounts such as cheater, I cheat or delete me
9) Having the free upgrade and not clicking but submnitting ads

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with tenloonies.com and may result in legal prosecution. tenloonies.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. tenloonies.com may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. tenloonies.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
